Healing from loss is hard. Ms. Winnifred is an expert on grief and recovery from it. Join us as we learn healthy ways to cope with your grief and start to heal. The pain can feel overwhelming, and in this group we support, and learn from each other so that we can manage more easily.

The body and mind go through so many changes during the teen years. Our youth are vulnerable to mental health challenges including – depression, anxiety, stress, and being overwhelmed. I say, “If you don’t speak it out, you will act it out.” Come join me, Jeff Yalden, and my friends in this safe, non-judgemental space where you are supported, validated, and respected. Come to connect, share your story, and receive encouragement.

This is the safe space you need to find peace in troubled waters while raising a teen human.

Here is where you’ll get support, and validation, and know that you’re not alone.
