This ROCD and Relationship Anxiety Group is designed especially for you if you struggle with high anxiety in your relationship(s). Led by Melissa Hunter, who is not only a peer but also an expert in DBT, ERP, CBT and relationship management. This group will focus each week on a different topic including managing anxiety in your relationship(s), acceptance of your partner, self-acceptance, and improving communication skills, to name a few.
