ROCD / Relationship Anxiety Skills Building Group
PSS, LPC, NCC
This ROCD and Relationship Anxiety Group is designed especially for you if you struggle with high anxiety in your relationship(s). Led by Melissa Hunter, who is not only a peer but also an expert in DBT, ERP, CBT and relationship management. This group will focus each week on a different topic including managing anxiety in your relationship(s), acceptance of your partner, self-acceptance, and improving communication skills, to name a few. Please join us as we grow and develop healthy relationships.
OCD, Shame & Guilt
In this class we will talk about the more emotional side of OCD and how it impacts us long term. We will also talk about how we manage emotions and what we can do to cultivate self esteem, compassion and self love.
General OCD Support Group
The General OCD Group is for anyone who has OCD and is looking for ways to manage it, feel supported and understood, and who wants to connect with others who have OCD. All OCD themes are welcome!
POCD & Harm OCD Group
This is a safe place where you can discuss POCD and Harm OCD and receive support for symptoms associated with them. You will also learn helpful tools for managing POCD and Harm OCD.
Self-love & Acceptance for OCD & Anxiety
This group is for people with OCD and/or anxiety and focuses on topics like self-love, self-compassion, confidence, and how we can accept ourselves and our symptoms. The group aims to be a safe space for you to share your personal experiences as well as share skills to build a better relationship with ourselves.
This group is designed for the person who has intrusive thoughts which may include Harm OCD, Sexual Orientation, POCD, sexually violent or disturbing thoughts, and other types of intrusive thoughts. You are not alone and this group will provide support to you and help you learn skills to manage your OCD symptoms.
