MONDAYS AT 1PM EST

This ROCD and Relationship Anxiety Group is designed especially for you if you struggle with high anxiety in your relationship(s). Led by Melissa Hunter, who is not only a peer but also an expert in DBT, ERP, CBT and relationship management. This group will focus each week on a different topic including managing anxiety in your relationship(s), acceptance of your partner, self-acceptance, and improving communication skills, to name a few. Please join us as we grow and develop healthy relationships.

This group is for people with OCD and/or anxiety and focuses on topics like self-love, self-compassion, confidence, and how we can accept ourselves and our symptoms. The group aims to be a safe space for you to share your personal experiences as well as share skills to build a better relationship with ourselves.
