This ROCD and Relationship Anxiety Group is designed especially for you if you struggle with high anxiety in your relationship(s). Led by Melissa Hunter, who is not only a peer but also an expert in DBT, ERP, CBT and relationship management. This group will focus each week on a different topic including managing anxiety in your relationship(s), acceptance of your partner, self-acceptance, and improving communication skills, to name a few. Please join us as we grow and develop healthy relationships.

This group will tie in different topics each week that include psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring and reframing, managing triggers, and embracing self-empowerment. Please join me as we develop healthy skills and techniques for coping with anxiety.

The body and mind go through so many changes during the teen years. Our youth are vulnerable to mental health challenges including – depression, anxiety, stress, and being overwhelmed. This group is for people with OCD and/or anxiety and focuses on topics like self-love, self-compassion, confidence, and how we can accept ourselves and our symptoms. The group aims to be a safe space for you to share your personal experiences as well as share skills to build a better relationship with ourselves.
